Zurich Airport Brasil launched the new logo for Vitória Airport this Wednesday (27), at an event that brought together local authorities, businessmen and the executive board of Zurich Airport in Brazil. During the meeting, guests got to know the creative process of the new airport identity, the result of research and analysis of the city's landscape and local culture so that the brand highlighted the rich diversity of Espírito Santo, providing a sense of belonging.
 

Of Swiss origin and known for its quality DNA, the administrator insisted on reinforcing the local appreciation, strengthening its positioning to develop business and the cities where it operates, bringing even more notoriety of Vitória's potential. The creation process sought a conceptual unity in the identity of all the Group's airports – Florianópolis, Macaé and Vitória.
 

Ricardo Gesse, CEO of Zurich Airport Brasil, presented the Real Estate for the Vitória airport complex. The project foresees four macro areas of real estate development in the external area of ​​the airport, divided into the Services Area, Retail, Logistics and the Central Area, considered the major attraction of the entire project.
 

“Our studies show that this should be the new centrality of Vitória, conceived from the concept “City 15 minutes”, a place where you can do everything on foot, with a sports arena, a park, a lake, a gastronomic route, in addition to of offices, schools and other projects, all developed in a sustainable way. We want to be part of and enrich the city's routine”, says Ricardo.
 

The airport stands out for being the last major space for real estate development in the city, an opportunity for the entry of large investors to promote new businesses, economic growth and job creation. A new place for the family from Espírito Santo, with integration with nature and new attractions.
 

Tobias Markert, CEO of Zurich Airport Latin America, was also in Vitória and detailed the Swiss group's vision for airports:
 

“We are more than administrators, we are airport developers and our commitment is to expand the meaning of the activity. In addition to operating planes, we look at the complex as an infinite possibility, imprinting our DNA to bring added services and contribute to the local economy,” he said.
 

Third best airport in Brazil

Known as the Espírito Santo airport, Vitória Airport received the title of third best airport in Brazil in the last passenger evaluation, an unprecedented achievement until then. The result was also the theme of the meeting, and the concessionaire presented the terminal's improvements and achievements in the first two years of the concession.
 

Among the initiatives are the new organization of the terminal and internal spaces, allowing a better experience for users; the pioneering project of a “silent airport”, in which calls are made by standard beeps, and boarding guidance is provided via screens, allowing for sound comfort; a new wayfinding structure, with international standard; increased availability of free Wi-Fi from 1h to 3h; and the increase in the offer of the commercial mix, increasing 48% in the occupancy rate of stores.
